5 Cases Lead to 8 Rescued in the Dominican Republic


Rescue agents worked with police to rescue eight kids in five separate cases.

In one case, two young boys were rescued along with a 17-year-old girl from ruthless sex traffickers. Two traffickers were arrested, and the three kids are now recovering in a shelter to begin their journey toward freedom.

The other four cases led to five more arrests, and those children were safely returned home, per guidance from local government agencies.

Twelve girls between 7 and 17 years old bravely accepted freedom.

Nine of the girls were rescued from child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, including a 13-year-old who was trapped in a forced child marriage. The three youngest girls were rescued from situations that exposed them to the sex industry, putting them at imminent risk of sexual exploitation.

7 Girls Rescued in Cambodia


Seven girls were rescued from sexual exploitation and trafficking.

6-year-old Rescued from Online Sexual Exploitation


A 6-year-old girl was rescued from online sexual exploitation in the Philippines.

The child, along with an 8-year-old who was at risk of exploitation, was placed into the care of local child welfare services to begin her healing journey.
